We Come to You — Shoe Polishing on Your Wedding Morning

Most grooms think about their shoes the night before — or not at all. They reach for the pair they wore to the last formal event, assume it'll be fine, and step out. It usually isn't fine. Not under a photographer's flash, not in photographs that stay with you for the rest of your life.

That's why we built this service. Not a drop-off. Not a preparation the week before. We come to you, on the morning of your wedding, and we work on your shoes while you're getting ready.

What the service includes

We arrive with our full kit — Saphir Médaille d'Or wax, conditioning cream, brushes, flannel cloths, and everything needed to bring your shoes to their best possible condition in a single session.

   Inspection — we assess the leather, identify any scuffs, dry patches, or old wax buildup.

2. 02

   Strip — we remove accumulated wax layers to expose the true leather surface.

3. 03

   Condition — deep conditioning cream to restore moisture and colour depth.

4. 04

   Polish and mirror shine — wax built in layers, with a focused mirror finish on the toe cap and heel.

5. 05

   Final buff — a last flannel pass before you put them on.

The morning it happened

The photos here are from one of our wedding sessions — a groom getting ready at a hotel in Saigon. His shoes were bespoke, monogrammed with his and his bride's initials. They deserved to be perfect. We made sure they were.

While the groomsmen were still drinking whisky and checking their phones, the shoes were already done. That's how it should feel — seamless, invisible, taken care of.

How to book

We recommend booking at least two weeks before the wedding date. Tell us the venue, the time you're getting ready, and the type of shoes — we'll handle everything else. We work with leather oxfords, derbies, loafers, and bespoke footwear.
